Q:Do I have to pay the digitizing fee every time I order?

A:No, providing no changes are made to the original logo. The fee is a one time set-up, after the initial set-up we keep your design on file for future orders.

Q:Can I get a sample of the garment before placing my order?

A:No problem, just let us know. Shipping charges do apply. When the articles are returned they will be inspected and a credit will be made.

Q:How long will it take for my order to ship to me?

A:On the average it will take 10 working days to ship.

Q:How long before I recieve my order?

A:We normally ship UPS ground, however we will ship overnight or priority if required at an additional cost.

Q:What form of payment are accepted?

A:We accept Visa and Mastercard and work from purchase orders with prior approval.

Q:What if I am interested in a particular product and do not see it in the catalog?

A:Since we buy from numerous different manufacturers chances are likely we will be able to obtain a specific item, contact us for details.

Q:Can I get more than one location embroidered on a shirt?

A:Yes, as a matter of fact multiple locations are extremely popular and serve especially well if for example, you have a corporate special function or milestone (i.e. $1,000,000 Club) or a website. Additional charges do apply.

Q:Can I get different sizes of shirts to meet the 3 dozen minimum?

A:Yes, you are able to order both different styles as well as different sizes.

Q:What if I need my order sooner than two weeks?

A:We will do everything we can to meet unusual deadlines at no additional charge to you.

Q:Can I mix and match caps as I did with shirts?

A:No, the minimum for hats are 2 dozen same style...you'll be suprised how fast they will go!

Q:Can I get my logo enlarged to be put on the back of a jacket?

A:Yes, although a fee will apply to resize the design, contact us for further details.

Q:Can I get items personalized for different people?

A:Yes, we will gladly personalize any item in any of the styles of letters we offer...see page for examples. The additional cost is $2.75 each name on each garment.

Q:How do I know how much the set up for my logo will be? What if my logo is just letters?

A:There are many factors to consider when pricing the set up for a logo. (The amount of colors is not one of them.) The main factor is based on the amount of stitches in the design usually expressed in thousands. Our standard charge is $85.00 for 6000 or less stitches and $125.00 for 6000 and above stitches. Keep in mind that most logos are less than 6000 stitches. If you do not have a logo and want lettering you can choose from our custom fonts page at a one time set up of $15.00. We will keep the design on file and no additional set up will apply for the exact embroidery with re-orders.
