Our embroidery designers will strive to recreate, as close as possible, the artwork submitted. Our goal is to always maintain the integrity of the original artwork while striving to recreate the best looking embroidered logo. Some logos look great on paper and well, not so good embroidered. We take all these factors into account before we digitize any design.
To best match colors we ask that you submit artwork in one of the following Formats: jpg, bmp, or gif file types. This way we can see the actual colors and match them to our threads. Most times we can get an exact match, but keep in mind that there are not threads manufactured to match all pantone colors. If computer art is not available we can work from clean copies, scanned images and in some cases faxed copies. Keep in mind we never charge you to reproduce artwork only to recreate it in embroidery format.
Some additional things to keep in mind is that certain elements may not embroider legibly. Letter height does not produce well smaller than a 1/4". Larger designs always reproduce crisper than smaller ones.
We take into account what types of items you are interested in and size your logo to make it legible as possible while keeping it professional looking. This means that logos embroidered on jackets or hats, for examble, are usually larger than those embroidered on a polo of T-shirt.
After we recieve your artwork you can expect to recieve a zoomed digital image of the actual sewn out design either faxed or emailed to you in approximately five working days. After your emailed or faxed confirmation of the design we will get started actually embroidering your design on the garments you choose. You should expect your order two weeks after the confirmation. |
